Navajo Regional has made a name for itself by dedicating its addiction services to the people who struggle with substance abuse disorders in the Shiprock, New Mexico area.
Services are provided on an individual basis to make sure clients achieve full recovery in the long term. Navajo Regional has also specialized in matrix model, behavior modification, 12-step facilitation approach, activity therapy, cognitive/behavior therapy, couple/family therapy, and others - as well as other treatment modalities such as active duty military, seniors or older adults, persons who have experienced sexual abuse, aftercare/continuing care, suicide prevention services, residential beds for client's children, and more.
Additionally, Navajo Regional has programs such as short term addiction treatment facilities, inpatient drug and alcohol rehab centers, long term treatment programs, detoxification facilities, outpatient hospital programs for clients with addictions to alcohol and drugs. The drug and alcohol rehab center uses treatment methods that can provide lasting and permanent stability to any person with a substance use disorder. Finally, Navajo Regional accepts clients with different types of payment methods - including private medical insurance, cash or self-payment, sliding fee scale, medicare, medicaid, state education funds, other state funds and others.
