NewDay Center is dedicated to assisting the residents of Oblong and the surrounding areas to getting their sobriety back after battling with alcohol and drug addiction. NewDay Center administers a wide range of services in line with their belief of treatments that work - including outpatient detoxification facilities, short term rehabs, inpatient treatment centers, outpatient substance abuse counseling, long term rehab facilities and others.
NewDay Center also feels that it is of the upmost importance that every individual gets highly personalized services to ensure their recovery. This is why it is specialized in a wide variety of treatment modalities, including substance abuse counseling approach, contingency management/motivational incentive, individual psychotherapy, cognitive/behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma-related counseling and others. In addition, NewDay Center is specialized in persons with serious mental illness, residential beds for client's children, treatment for spanish-speaking clients, clients with HIV/AIDS, suicide prevention services, programs for the hearing impaired, as well as other special programs.
